12-29-06 - Circuit Rider Studios has high hopes going into 2007
Analog Moon is doing some final tweaks to some demos while preparing to record in Boston at
Chillhouse Studios in February. We are currently mixing two albums for
Ryan Monroe that have been slated for an early 2007 release. The first,
entitled Painting of a Painting On Fire, features lots of Monroe's signature piano and keyboard work, while the second,
entitled, 9 Dollar Microphone, ventures into a more electronic realm.
If you missed, Todd Britton appeared for a solo acoustic performance at the Artists' Basement along with Andrew Francis of
Petrillo Relents, Rian Atkinson, and
THE Dubber. Check out the pics sent from THE Dubber himself.
Also in December on the 23rd, Ryan Monroe's former band, Captain Easy, reunited
for one night at Headliners. There was a great turnout, and
the music was spectacular. Analog Moon opened the show along with
Analog Moon drummer Chris Jones's former band, Death To van Gogh's Ear.
